What services do you offer?

I provide one-to-one support and group workshops. My services include stress and anxiety management, self-compassion practices, career fulfillment coaching, mindfulness classes, and support for emotional challenges like grief, loss, or difficult relationships.

How do one-to-one sessions work?

One-to-one sessions are tailored to your needs. We’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore your challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward. Sessions can be held via video call, face-to-face, email, or messaging, depending on your preference.

What are group workshops like?

Group workshops bring people together to learn, share, and grow. Each workshop focuses on a specific theme—such as stress management, career fulfillment, or mindfulness—and includes practical tools and guided exercises to help you make meaningful changes.

How do you ensure confidentiality?

Confidentiality is a key part of my practice. Everything we discuss in one-to-one sessions stays private and will not be shared with anyone else without your consent, except in cases where I have a legal duty to protect your safety or the safety of others.

How do you handle my personal data? (GDPR)

I take the protection of your personal data very seriously and comply fully with GDPR regulations. Your information will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of providing you with services. I will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent. How much do your sessions and workshops cost?
  • Discovery Session (1-to-1): £80 for 1 hour.
  • Future Sessions (1-to-1): £60 per 1-hour session.
  • Workshops: Start at £50 per person, depending on group size and length.
  • Mindfulness Classes: £15 per session or £160 for an 8-week course.
    Concessions are available for those on low incomes. Contact me for details.

Yes! I’ve created a free relaxation recording to help you feel calm and centered. You can listen daily, but please ensure you’re in a safe environment. Avoid listening while driving, drinking, or taking medications that may affect your judgment.
